Special Issue Proposals
EcoSummit 2023 session organisers interested in guest-editing a special issue with a journal published by Elsevier should submit a Special Issue proposal, which will enable the Journal Editor to judge if the special issue will be suitable for the journal.
Proposals for special issues should be directed to Sandra Broerse at s.broerse@elsevier.com.

Single Contributions
The following journals also welcome single ECOSUMMIT contributions: Ecological Indicators, Environmental and Sustainability Indicators, Climate Change Ecology, Current Research in Environmental Sustainability, Trees, Forest, People, Forest Ecology and Management, and Dendrochronologia.
If you are interested contributing, please submit your paper directly to your preferred journal and select in Editorial Manager article type VSI: ECOSUMMIT2023. THIS ARTICLE TYPE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE ECOSUMMIT CONFERENCE.
The deadline for submitting your contribution is 31 December 2023.
The ECOSUMMIT contributions will be grouped in virtual special issues on ScienceDirect.
Spotlighted research from EcoSummit 2020-2022
When the planned 2020 EcoSummit conference was postponed in 2020, and then further postponed in 2021, we wanted to give delegates an opportunity to showcase their work in a virtual Special Issue. The articles in the virtual Special Issue are hosted on the participating journals Total Environment Research Themes, Trees, Forests and People, Nature-Based Solutions, Environmental and Sustainability Indicators, and Environmental Challenges. They span a diverse range of topics and are all published Open Access to ensure a broad readership.
